This trailer for a currently fake but hopefully to be real TV series called Wastelander Panda starts off all amusing and ironic but quickly turns into THE MOST AWESOME THING EVER!!!

It’s a new film by Wes Anderson! This makes me very happy indeed.
Yes, his films are all essentially the same but that’s absolutely fine. In fact it’s kinda the point.
Just look at the trailer. Every scene is a perfectly, obsessively composed photograph. It’s insane.
It’s saying something when I’m inclined to post a trailer of a blockbustery movie purely because it’s actually not all that derivative. Looks kinda fun in a dumb way.
I’ve been watching a lot of Fringe lately which is all about the multiverse so it’s both intriguing and refreshing to see a low-key take on the same ideas. Nice interview with the director here.
